Service Description
Stork Photo provides a photo printing and mailing service for families of incarcerated individuals. Users upload digital photos which are printed as 4x6 glossy prints and mailed to correctional facilities.
Content Guidelines
All photos are subject to review for compliance with correctional facility guidelines. Photos containing prohibited content (nudity, violence, gang imagery, drug references, maps, or other restricted material) will be rejected. Refunds are issued for rejected photos.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds for rejected photos are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Delivery
We aim to print and mail photos within 1-2 business days of order approval. Delivery times depend on USPS processing and the receiving facility's mail procedures. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days after mailing.
